Our vision is a two-step program in promoting the well-being of our clients.
The First Step is the Support system! We will first like to personalize our approach with each individual and have them understand our role in the duration of this process. We intend to aid them by thoroughly researching & accessing their specific altitude of need. Thus clarifying the need allows us to zone in on the specific route we must take that grants both sides a feasible and successful outcome. In understanding this process the client will grow a shared sense of confidence, as well as a trust so that we all perform to our optimum potential. During this stage, we will offer 100% human hair, handmade Extensions to individuals that would like a custom wig, accompanied by Scarves, head wraps, headbands, head dressings, & various other hair accessories. However, we will not look over our bold & beautiful beauties who prefer to rock their confidence in bald. For these individuals, we'd hope to perfect a line of moisturizers to assist in the regrowth, and maintenance for healthy scalps. We strive to be a groundbreaking foundation, with world class support for the individuals whom we care about, we are not a clutch, we don't intend to hold you back, we’re allies, friends, and your personal cheer squad.

The Second Step is to promote, and support individuals with the aid of growing hair through a natural state. We will partner up with an affiliate holistic natural hair care company that caters to all demographics, with education, workshops, and support of root stimulation!! Our final goal through this phase is to build radiant confidence through the stimulation of each individual’s hair follicles, and grow long luxurious hair in abundance!!
We will Research, promote, support, educate, build, & Grow.
What better way to start than through the strength, endurance, and confidence, but most importantly through our hair!!!

Christina E. Newman
Christina is a Native of Charlotte, a woman on the move, She's an entrepreneur, a business owner, Brand ambassador, a Massage therapist, Shaw University Alumni, a Founder, and a lover of all things Beautiful.
Christina Prides herself, on building women up through endeavors such as events that Focus on learning and understanding personal growth, and worth. She continues her efforts towards unity, and sisterhood, because “ we are as strong as those we surround ourselves with” quoted by Christina.
As mentioned Christina E. is a business owner with a Company of Caliber “ Turquoise Tea Spa & Beauty Bar which is a Full services Day Spa facilitating all of your relaxation, and beauty needs, such as Massage therapy, Skincare, Makeup artistry, nail care, and She also has her own Skin & Beauty Line makes Custom Sugar Scrubs and Body Butters.
Shes also a founder of a non-profit organization, whose namesake derives from her mother which is her greatest inspiration, and eternal muse. “ The Alesia Thomas Foundation Inc” in which it caters to individuals that go through traumatic situations that contributes to hair loss, such as lupus, cancer, Lyme disease, alopecia, etc. With her non-profit the goal is to provide 100% human hair wigs, scarves, turbans, head dressings, holistic alternatives, workshops, events no cost to our clients, and the number goal is to make sure they know ATF INC is there support system and keep them feeling confident as they go through the traumatic experience.
